Radiology Tech (Registry)

Radiology services must be offered for patients that are staying up to 48 to 72 hours after surgery. Radiology equipment is located on site. Radiology Technicians will need to be within 15 -30 minutes away when on call.

Radiology Technician is responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures on infant/toddler, child/adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patients utilizing ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Call in Bonus (each time called in)
Minimum of two hours paid at time and a half when called in.

Not expected to be called in often.

RN (Days, 7a-7p)

RN Full Time position working 12 hour shifts (7a-7p) open Monday - Friday and weekends (when necessary). Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care by incorporating all aspects of the Care Delivery Model. Primary role is to use the nursing process in overseeing patient care to achieve the desired outcome in the center. Responsible for assessing educational needs of patients and educating the patient and family. Must comply with applicable Joint Commission standards and IDPH codes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois.
•Must have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years in the post-anesthesia recovery unit or medical/surgical unit of an acute care hospital or in an ambulatory surgical treatment center.
•Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
•Possesses sound decision making/problem solving and critical thinking skills.
•Successful completion of CPR and ACLS Certifications required.
•Ability to provide coverage in different departments as required.
•Ability to assist in lifting patients and equipment.
